These are some questions that we have been asked many times. Please feel free to contact us for any other questions.
What is your photography style?
For every wedding, Tim and Blazej will work their hardest to capture every detail and document your wedding as if they were telling a story. Whether you call it a “photojournalistic” or “candid” shooting style, we really think wedding photography is all about storytelling.
Where are you based?
Ein photography and design is based in New York City.
What does “ein” mean?
Eins means “one” in German. You can find more information here.
Who will photograph my wedding?
Tim D. Yun and Blazej Sendzielski are our lead photographers. We are not a "traditional" wedding photo studio that runs like a factory. Every wedding is unique and special to us. We are passionate about our service and will help accommodate you with your wedding in every way we can. You can choose either Tim or Blazej for your wedding day.
How many photographers do you work with?
We prefer working as a team with 2nd shooter to capture the event from different perspectives.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes, our liability insurance covers up to $2,000,000.
Do you bring backup equipment?
Of course! We never leave home without a backup set.
How do we reserve you for the wedding?
To secure our services for your wedding, 1,000 USD as a retainer and a signed contract is required.
How far should we book in advance?
Typically 6 to 12 months in advance is a good timeframe. If you're getting married during peak months (from May to October) we recommended 9 to 24 months in advance.
How much is your wedding package and what do we get?
All of our customizable wedding packages include high resolution JPEG images on a USB memory stick and a password protected online gallery. Other products and services such as albums, guest-books and engagement sessions are optional.
Our wedding day coverage starts from $3,500
How many images do we receive from our wedding?
It's hard to say exactly how many images will make the cut. We would say approximately 75 images per hour. All the images will be individually color corrected.
When will we get our photos?
For the best quality post production, our turnaround for wedding photos is 6 to 8 weeks. For engagement sessions, it is 3 to 4 weeks.
Are albums included in your packages?
It depends on your custom wedding package. You can include the albums in your wedding package, or your can always order albums separately after your wedding.
Do you offer engagement session?
Of course. In fact we recommend an engagement session to all of our clients. It is a really good time to get to know each other a little better before the big day!
Are you flexible with your pricing?
Yes. We are flexible with our pricing for off season weddings (December to March) and weekday weddings. Contact us for detail.
Do you provide video or cinematography services?
No. Our main focus is to provide a high quality photography service and we do not provide video/ cinematography service. If you are looking for cinematographer, we highly recommend Frank Ahn Films or Mint Cinematography.
Do you travel?
Yes, of course! Please let us know where you are planning to have your wedding and we can discuss it further in detail.
